Interesting assignments:

As part of the Arbitration & Litigation team, you will handle arbitration and litigation cases, especially in connection with disputes arising from M&A transactions, industrial and infrastructure projects, the banking and finance sectors, licensing contracts in the pharmaceutical and other industries, and in private clients' inheritance law disputes. Many of these mandates involve complex issues with an international scope.

Representing clients in international arbitration proceedings and before Swiss courts;
Support of arbitral tribunals as "Administrative Secretary";
Close in-team collaboration;
Cooperation with various specialists at Bär & Karrer;
Personal contact with clients;
Collaboration with colleagues abroad.

Your profile:

A law master's degree with good grades and a Swiss bar exam;
You have a strong interest in cross-border issues and in continuing "on-the-job" training;
You have excellent knowledge of German and English;
You have good social & teamwork skills, are empathetic and enjoy dealing with demanding clients.
You are a team player, have an enquiring mind, and are also keen to offer support to other teams when circumstances require.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a creative approach to your work;

You are motivated to deliver extraordinary performance for our clients.
