SENIOR CORPORATE COUNSEL (W/M/D, 80-100%)

Your area of influence

As our Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible to integrally manage the group-wide legal topics at the interface with our brands, reporting directly to our GROUP CFO. The projects you will work on will encompass a wide range of legal fields such as:

• M&A: Leading the external lawyers on M&A workstreams (buy- and sell-side)
• IP / TM Management: Ensuring a group-wide approval process for TM changes/renewals and interact with external brand lawyers
• Contract work: Handling of NDA‘s, Intercompany contracts, and Loan agreements as well as review new group contracts with suppliers/ service providers
• GDPR: You act as the CALDA GROUP Data Protection Office (DP) and coordinate with the local data protection officers of the brands, as well as with data protection lawyers
• Compliance & Regulations: Performing of compliance tasks and responsibility for compliance with stock exchange regulations, such as Black-out Periods, internal regulations (e.g., expense regulations, IT regulations), ad hoc requests for sensitive issues, etc.
• General legal tasks: Coordinate the main legal workstreams of the CALIDA GROUP in close collaboration with the brands and manage the legal cost of the CALIDA GROUP

What matters to us

• Degree in law – admitted to the Swiss Bar is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in a complex and international environment (law firm or inhouse)
• Extensive knowledge of legal topics relevant for internationally operating corporations
• Conversationally confident in English and German
